The current system does not allow such action. Air Tahiti flights are flat services, not dynamic.

The supplier name field is a text field. There is no specific syntax. Type in any supplier name and the system will search for the name which is closer to what you wrote.

If you want to get a HD version of our pictures, please inform us by email and we will send you a link which will allow you to reach a database of high definition pictures.

Yes. Select “Media Library” on the left menu. We encourage you to enter a supplier name and select an island to narrow your research. If you leave a blank in the supplier field, the system will run forever to check all suppliers on the selected island. It may take time before the system displays the result.

To consult pictures of specific products as excursions or exclusive services for example, another way is possible. You just have to click on a service name and once you reach results which will display in a « popup » window, click on the « Media » tab. Available pictures will display.

If you do not find a special offer with your code, there could be two reasons for that. Either the offer is being loaded, or the input of the offer is too complex and specific and can be done only on request, so you will have to send us a message.

The link “Details” that you will find on each service does not display the conditions of use of the selected service. This link only displays a summary of the information of the selected service (service, location and date, total).

The system will not tell you what the conditions are and if all conditions of application are met or not.

The “Special Offers” module is not online yet. Therefore, all details will be available through our sales & marketing department.

Yes, availabilities displayed on the screen are reliable and guaranteed. They include allotments.

Yes, you just have to click on « Check availability » in the menu on the left, and to select your destination and/or hotel.

You just need to load them like you do when you insert a service. Go to the “handling fees” menu, and select the option « handling fees » service.

No, you cannot. You have to open files one by one. Do not forget to close the current file first, because this is the only way to be allowed to open a new one.

To create some programs, you need to create a quotation with the name of your program in “New Enquiry” and to enter its services. Then, you will just need to select a program, to use the “Copy Quote” function and modify some parameters (dates, names, rooms’ configurations).

You can consult files which have been created on the website or not, but you will not have the possibility to amend files you have not created by yourself on the website.

Quotes are valid for the period on which they apply. If the quote includes special offers, these offers are valid for the period quoted, unless otherwise mentioned.

Is it possible to bring changes to a quote or a booking? 2016-08-09T10:43:29+00:00

If you need to modify one or several services (dates, number of nights for example) in a quote, the new “Amend” functionality allows you to do it. For a booking, you will have to delete the service you want to modify and to load the one which replaces it. In both cases, you can also contact our FIT agents to do this.

No. The hotel will send the confirmation to our FIT department which will send you the information received from the hotel.

When I make a hotel reservation, where is it sent to? 2016-08-09T10:42:32+00:00

The request is sent to the hotel directly, and our FIT department receives a copy of your request.

There are two access levels in the system:

  • Quotation only
  • Quotation and booking.

If you have a “quotation and booking” access, the booking will be automatic. If you do not, you will have to go through our FIT service to have confirmation.
